Courtney Drasner (she/her)

Courtney has worked for nonprofit organizations since graduating from New York University in 2003, with experience in communications, operations, project management, client services, and nonprofit administration. She bridges strategic communications and hands-on event production through strong client relationships, complex projects, and impactful digital content. After more than twenty years in New York, Courtney now calls California home and is adjusting to the change in scenery with her toddler. Outside of Terzo Impact Studio, she is also an artist, dancer, and performer, bringing creativity and empathy to every project.

Katie Gorum (she/they)

Katie's 20-year career has been centered on nonprofit management with experience in advocacy activism, theatrical & live event production, and arts education. She also volunteers at several NYC-based organizations, including Green-Wood Cemetery, Kidz Theater, Anti-Violence Project, and Vote Forward. Raised in Annapolis, MD, New York has been Katie's home for over 20 years. She is grateful to have spent more than 18 of those years with her wife, seeing movies, going to Broadway shows, attending concerts, spending time with friends, and lounging on the couch with their cat, Petey.

William Miller (he/him)

William Miller leads video production and post production at Terzo Impact Studio. With over 20 years of experience as an editor and filmmaker and a BFA in Film Production from New York University, he brings a calm, steady approach to complex projects and tight timelines. His background in feature documentaries and artist driven films shapes how he works with clients, focusing on clarity, emotion, and story above all else. William is deeply involved in every stage of the process, helping ideas take shape and guiding projects from raw footage to finished film with care and intention.
